d.       History Teacher- Mrs. Pennington (British ancestry).

e.       Gym Teacher- coach Bazemore, “Presidential fitness program. Go, go, go. Quit standing around Mr….”

f.        Janitor- Jeffrey Allen; stock body with white hair under torn red cap. Seems clumsy but really agile.

3.      ARCADE- Al’s Arcade Emporium

·         Al Simpson- owner.

4.      BOWLING ALLEY- Gutterball Lanes

·         8-lane alley with air conditioning.

5.      TOY CORNER

·         Owners- Henry and Ann Lewis

·         Prices: Candy (.40), comic books (.65-.75), pop cans (.50), 16” pizza ($7), gallon of gas ($1.12 to .86)

6.      THEATER- Oasis Cinema

·         Center of downtown shopping. A bid rundown; can only show one film at a time.

7.      LIBRARY- Boulder Public Library

·         Librarian- Mary

8.      VIDEO STORE- Dream Shop Videos (VHS vs Beta formats)

a.      Clerk- Ellen Wood (17yo)

b.      Owner- Margo McDuff

9.      CITY POOL- Indoor pool heated year-round, free play 3:30-5pm

10.  SALVAGE YARD- Pierson’s Salvage

·         Billy Pierson- easy going, has encyclopedic memory of inventory and its location.

A Snowball’s Chance (Nell, Jan, Ravn. Robert had to bail out due to family issues) Monday, 31 Dec, 1986 - Holiday break with wet snow blanketing the ground as the kids head to their Pierson Salvage hangout to chat about their best Christmas gift. Janine, 13yo Hick (Nell): as the only girl in the family, with 2 annoying older brothers, Janine stayed busy doing chores around the farm. In her free time, she’d check on her ailing grandfather who wouldn’t admit himself sick. But she also used that free time to craft (Tinker) a gift for herself: a catapult she used to entertain gramps. “Special delivery” was the forewarning as she slung a bag of chips towards gramps. Intro : 19 December 1985, t he day before Christmas break has all the kids in town glued to the TV, anxious for a snow day. Meanwhile, strange things are afoot around town. Pets and people are going missing, Mom says something weird is going on at The Loop , and Dad is worried about the pack of wolves rumored to be roaming around the outskirts of town. Can a rag-tag group of kids find out what's going on before it's too late? 12yo Frank/Computer Geek (Thomas): quiet kid slowly coming out of his shell.
